CCL Olympic’s thermal conductive parts are manufactured to the exact dimensions needed to allow precise positioning between any heat-source and heat-sink, ensuring excellent performance and maximized efficiency.

The 7600 is a very soft, acrylic, Thermal Interface Material with a thermal conductivity of 3.0 W/m·K. This silicone-free material is designed to be easily deformable using a low compression force, making it particularly suitable as a gap-filler material for batteries, PCB’s and many other electrical components.
