CCL Olympic 7300(R) is an acrylic rubber based Thermal Interface Material with a thermal conductivity of 1.5 W/m·K. This silicone-free material is designed to achieve an optimal balance between slight tackiness for maximum contact and heat transfer, while still allowing full repositionability.
