CCL Olympic 7400TW is a very soft, acrylic, Thermal Interface Material with a thermal conductivity of 2.0 W/m·K. This silicone-free material is designed to be easily deformable using a low compression force, making it particularly suitable as a gap-filler material for batteries, PCB’s and many other electrical components. This product is supplied in the form of 700 x 500 mm pads. Sheets will be packed and shipped in refundable crates, for more information contact us.
