CCL Olympic 7400(R) series is an acrylic rubber based Thermal Interface Material with a thermal conductivity of 2.0 W/m·K. This silicone-free material is designed to achieve an optimal balance between slight tackiness for maximum contact and heat transfer, while still allowing full repositionability.
This product is available either slit or as a full log roll.
