How can I request a quote for my order?
The option to request a quote is available in the View Cart section and is accessible to registered customers only.
Please log in to your account to enable this feature.
If you don’t have an account yet, you can register during checkout or create one here.
How do I select a pickup date for my order?
You can choose your preferred pickup date during the checkout process. Please note that the selected date must be at least four weeks from the order date.
Once your order is reviewed and accepted, the confirmed pickup date will be updated. Registered customers can view the final pickup date in their account dashboard under Orders.
What is the HS-Code of our products
All our products have the HS-Code 39199080, except for the refundable crates (HS-Code 39231090), and skids (HS-Code 44152020).
